PS5 was supposed to be delivered Thursday, but now it's showing as Pending with no ETA. The last update is that it was on the truck for delivery 330am on Thursday. I bet my package is lost/stolen at FedEx....
Update: I have two PS5 packages still "Pending" at FedEx. One was last scanned "out for delivery" on 11/12. The other on 11/16. Odds are it's sitting at the Niles warehouse due to being overwhelmed.
Secured and paid for premium shipping on this PS5 bundle at GameStop. I just want this PS5 dammit. Hopefully premium means they don't use normal FedEx ground delivery.
Hope the 4th order is the charm. Unfortunately could not pick expedited shipping or store pickup here.
Update: Day 9. Still no updates on PS5s that were supposed to arrive as early as last week as they are still "Pending" at FedEx. I ordered two yesterday, but GameStop is shipping via FedEx Home Delivery unfortunately, so trying to intercept before it is "on vehicle for delivery"
Update: Day 10. No updates on Pending FedEx PS5s. Have had many people reach out with the same story about Niles FedEx hub. It's so common, I can't see as theft. GS package is shipped & on the way, at least with Signature required. Walmart is also shipping #4 via FedEx again.
On a positive note, my two inbound PS5s (#3 and #4) that have yet to make it to FedEx have a confirmed "trap" in place so I can pick up at the facility upon arrival.

Update: Day 11. The first 2 PS5s are likely not showing up. Walmart is indicating to file police reports due to the issues at Niles. If you do plan to file, you need to file where you live.

Had a brief conversation today with @ReginaWaldroup from @nbcchicago. Expressed my concerns with this happening with 2 consoles, but also indicated my optimism that @FedEx can locate these.
Unfortunately the consistency of these issues in Niles without resolution causes concern.

Update: Day 12. No movement on initial PS5 preorders (#1 and 2). Gamestop re-order #3 arrived at Niles today, so hopefully I can pick up today (and finally secure a PS5)

I have faith that Gamestop PS5 is at facility as it was shipped in two parts. The part not requested to be put on "trap" went on vehicle for delivery today. The PS5 requiring signature has not yet been added to vehicle, thus confirming the likely Trap.
It would be excellent if @Walmart or @Target can do something to customers affected instead of offering refunds. Each customer affected should have a replacement provided instead of being asked to re-order it ourselves. Consumers shouldn't need to be reached out by the news.
