[TW: Abusive/Manipulative significant other, A/B/O]

Florist omega!Bakugou is in a shitty relationship with his alpha. Alphas Kirishima and Tetsutetsu own the mechanic shop across the street and watch(pine) for him every day.
Tetsutetsu stands outside his shop and watches the blond across the street. His entire posture is tense, though you wouldn't know it by the way he's tending to the flowers in his shop's windows.

The alpha missed seeing him go inside so he didn't get a good look at the omega.
In the window are some pretty pink petunias. Bakugou puts a different flower in the windows. Yesterday were some lilies and the day before that Tetsutetsu isn't sure what kind of flower they were but they were pink and looked a little like stars.

Kirishima comes out of the-
-shop and hands him a fresh coffee. "What's he got out today?"

Tetsutetsu takes a sip of his drink. "The petunias."

The redhead winces. "He only does that when they fight."

Bakugou's alpha is a real piece of work. The man seems nice but there's this superiority to him that-
-neither he nor Kirishima could get over. The guy was some kind of big wig cooperate lawyer from what Kirishima found out.

Maybe that was just them. They'd been planning on approaching Bakugou when they saw the lawyer with him. They'd been devastated but backed off.
Since they got together, almost a year ago, it seems like the petunias show up in the windows at least once a week.
Tetsutetsu sighed. "The shit head is not good enough for him."

"We don't know what their relationship is. They could just have an explosive relationship." Even as he said, Kirishima didn't believe it. Yeah, Bakugou is loud and curses a lot but he's so kind.
They know he cuts prices when people come in for funeral or wedding arrangements.

They also know he actually likes his delivery guy, Midoriya, even if he makes fun of him all the time.

They see when he gives pups flowers whenever they come into his shop.
Kirishima even remembers watching Bakugou help a little alpha pick out a few flowers for the omega on the playground down the road.

Katsuki Bakugou is one of the sweetest omegas around. You just have to get past a few layers.
"His delivery van is due for some services isn't it?" Tetsutetsu asked.

"Yeah, I think so," Kirishima grins. "If not the van then his car for sure. It's my turn to go over."

Tetsutetsu groans. "Yeah yeah." Any time they go over they take turns on who goes. It's only fair.
"I'll go check the schedule before I go over. You go work on Aizawa's car. He's gonna be pissed if we don't have it done soon."

Tetsutetsu shudders. "Yeah, that man terrifies me."

"You're telling me, I had the man all through high school."
Kirishima heads over to the flower shop after he makes sure Tetsutetsu is actually working on the car. The floral smell assaults his nose accompanied by Bakugou's beautiful caramel scent.

He loves coming to the flower shop. It's clearly Bakugou's happy place and it shows in all-
-of the work he puts into the plants. Kirishima loves seeing how much the shop changes each time he comes in. Which is at least twice a week.

He sees the blond at the counter, his back is to the door as he types away on the computer. "Be with you in a second."
"Take your time, bro," Kirishima says. "Just came to let you know both your car and delivery van are due for service."

"K-kirishima!" he drops the pen in his hand. "Uh wasn't expecting you."
The alpha frowns. He's never surprised the omega that bad before. His hackles immediately raise. "You ok, bro?"

"Fine, fine, just busy got a lot on my mind."

His frown deepens. "Then why won't you face me?"
"I-" he stops and seems to take a deep breath. "It's nothing."

"Katsuki, come on I'm your a friend." Although both he and Tetsutetsu would love to be more.

Bakugou stares at the computer screen for a while longer before finally turning around.
The black eye and dark bruises on the omega's neck are enough to tell Kirishima just how Bakugou spent his weekend.

That bastard is going to die.
"..."

Bakugou ducks his head and his hands clench on the counter. "I-Its nothing. I-I messed up."

It takes until the count of 3 before Kirishima can talk without growling. "How in the fuck is that your fault?"

"I messed up. I shouldn't have been arguing with him."
Thats not his Bakugou. His Bakugou does not take the blame for shit that isn't his fault. What the fuck did this asshole do to him and how did he and Tetsutetsu miss it?

"I don't care if you were screaming at the top of your lungs. He put his fucking hands on you."
"Its-Its fine. I'm fine. He just went a little too far this time-"

"/This time./"

Bakugou winced and his shoulders hunch in on himself.

1...2...3...deep breath. "When did it start?"

"A-a few months ago. I-he just got a little too carried away."
"He choked you! That's not a little, Katsuki!" He immediately regrets yelling when he watches Bakugou sink into himself. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled at you."

Bakugou doesn't say anything. He won't even look up from where his hands are clenching on the edge of the counter
Kirishima slowly walks around the counter and reaches for Bakugou's shirt collar so he can take a better look at the bruises.

They're not too old, maybe a day or two at least, but they're clearly painful. "Katsuki...you have to go to the cops."
"No! I can't." His scent sours even more and he starts to back away.

"Ok, ok, you don't have to." He carefully raises his hands so Bakugou can see them. "But if you think I'm letting you go back with him you've got another thing coming."
Bakugou whimpers and wraps his arms around himself. "I don't have anywhere else to go. We-we moved into together a few months ago."

Probably around the same time the bastard started hitting him. "Then you’ll stay with Tetsu and me."

"But-"
"No buts. You're our friend and we want to help you." He looks around the shop. It's one of the slower days so it's still empty. "Hell, you and I can go now if you want. Tetsu can handle the shop."

Bakugou shakes his head. "N-no. I need to work today. I can't just sit around."
Is that a good idea? Looking at Bakugou's face tells him that this is something he shouldn't fight the omega on. "Ok, but one of us will come by to check on you throughout the day."

Surprisingly Bakugou nods, probably too exhausted and in pain to fight the alpha on it.
Kirishima isn't sure what comes over him but he cautiously steps forward and wraps the blond in his arm. He presses his face into Bakugou's hair and starts scenting him.

The effect is instantaneous as Bakugou all but collapses in his arms. "/Good omega/."
Kirishima doesn't say anything about the tears wetting his tank top.
After making sure Bakugou is ok with him leaving, Kirishima goes back over to his shop. He brings the delivery van with him so that he or Tetsutetsu can work on it.

When he pulls into the garage, Tetsutetsu is finishing the oil change on Aizawa's old Subaru.
"Hey man, Aizawa really needs to get a new fucking car. This thing is getting really up there in miles," the grin on his face fades when he sees Kirishima. "What happened? Is he ok?"

There are a lot of power tools in here and Tetsutetsu's motorcycle is right around the corner.
Kirishima jerks his head towards the office door. "Come on. I'll tell you inside."

Grey eyes narrow. "Why not tell me here?"

"Because I know you."
Reluctantly the other alpha follows him to the office. On the wall is a picture of Tetsutetsu and Kirishima standing in front of a sign reading Crimson Steel Machanics. Bakugou, who was already across the street by then, took it for them.

He kept called them over excited puppies
"What happened, Ei?"

"...his alpha is beating him. He's got a black eye and bruises on his throat."

Tetsutetsu stares at him for a minute before turning on his heel to go back out the door.
Kirishima has his arms around the other alpha’s arms and chest before he can take another step. "Get the fuck off me! I'm gonna fucking kill him!"

"No! You'll upset Bakugou if you do. He's already really upset."
Tetsutetsu struggles in his hold. "Then let me go over there and stay with him! We can't leave him all alone."

"The basterd doesn't have a reason to come by. We'll stop in through the day and take him home with us tonight."

That makes Tetsutetsu stop. "He's coming with us?"
Kirishima nods. "He's coming with us. I also promised we're going to stop by throughout the day."

Tetsutetsu is still tense but he's no longer liable to run out of the shop and go after that poor excuse for an alpha. "He...how long?"
The redhead lets go of him and takes a step back. "A few months, at least. Since they moved in together at least."

The other alpha turns around and glares at the wall. "Why didn't we see it?"

"I don't know, but we know now and we're going to protect him."
"We should have tried courting him sooner. Maybe if we had-"

"Stop, we can't change what's happened." Even if he's been wishing the same thing since he saw Bakugou's black eye. "The delivery van is here, we should get to work on it."
Tetsutetsu nods. "I'll get started. Call Aizawa for his car, it's ready." The door slams on his way back into the garage.

Kirishima drops into a chair. He could feel his alpha pacing in the back of his mind and all he wants to do is rip the bastard's throat out. But he can't.
One of them needs to remain in some kind of control. Bakugou is already hurting, if one of them were to hurt him it would destroy them.

Later, when Bakugou is safe in his and Tetsutetsu's den will he let himself release his anger on a punching bag.
Around noon Tetsutetsu finishes with the delivery van. Like he always does with Bakugou's cars, he takes it for a quick test drive. Before taking it over to the flower shop, he stops at Bakugou's favorite place to get for lunch and gets him one of those American cheesesteaks.
When he pulls into the flower shop, he takes a few calming breaths. Kirishima told him Bakugou's bruises look bad. They're dark and ugly and if he moves his neck too fast he winces.

Just the thought of it is pissing his alpha off.
That's /their/ omega that they failed to protect. Tetsutetsu won't fail him again.
Stepping inside he sees Bakugou putting an arrangement together at his counter.

There are bright orange lilies mixed in with a few others he's not sure of the name. The lilies, he knows, are Bakugou's favorite and he always takes extra care with them.
Watching Bakugou work is one of the only times he looks peaceful recently. Now Tetsutetsu knows why.

When the omega turns to the door, Tetsutetsu sees the black eye. It takes a great deal of self-control not to react the way he does. "Brought the van back, it's already."
Bakugou ducks his head like he's trying to hide. "Thanks."

"I also got you lunch from that American place you like." He puts the bag on the counter. "Cheesesteak with cheese wiz, french fries, and" he places the styrofoam cup on the counter, "a cherry coke."
Red eyes widen as he looks at the alpha. "You know my favorite?"

He grins, pleased at having been able to do something good for his omega. "Yeah, thought you could use the pick-me-up."

Bakugou puts the sheers in his hand down and peeks into the brown bag. "T-thank you."
It's not often that Bakugou sounds stunned and Tetsutetsu is glad to have been able to do something for him. "Are you feeling ok? I can come over here and help out if you want."

Bakugou shakes his head. "I'm fine. Just have to put some orders together."
He shouldn't ask. Really, he shouldn't, but he can't keep the question from coming out. "Why didn't you come to us? We wouldn't have let it happen for so long."

Bakugou looks away from him. "It doesn't matter."

"It matters to me. Did he threaten us? You know we're friends-
"-Iida and Monoma they're even better lawyers than that asshole. There's nothing he can do to us legally."

"No-well he did, but that's not what it was."

He frowns. "Bakugou, what did he say?"

"I-he didn't say anything. I just...I" he takes a deep breath. "I let it happen."
"What the fuck are you talking about?"

Bakugou puts the bag down, his distressed scents coming off of him in waves. "I let it happen. I-the first time he hit me I didn't fight back. I believed him when he said he was sorry, that he wasn't going to ever do it again."
He takes a deep breath and his hands are shaking. "I use to fight all the time. Ei will tell you, he use to hold me back in school, but when Kai hit me the first time, I just I /froze./ I let it happen. I just...I deserved it too. I shouldn't have argued with him. He-"

"Stop."
Tetsutetsu walks around the counter and gently presses Bakugou back against the wall behind them. "You didn't deserve it. I don't give a fuck what you were arguing with him about, it didn't warrant him hitting you."
He gently runs the pads of his fingers over the bruises on the omega's soft skin. "No one should ever lay their hands on someone they love in anger. I don't care who they are or who they were, omega, alpha, beta, no one deserves it." He presses his face close to Bakugou's.
"It. Is. Not. Your. Fault."

Bakugou whimpers and turns his face away. "Te-tetsu, don't."

"Don't what? Don't comfort you? When's the last time Kai did that? When's the last time he made you feel safe?"

"I-I-"

"You didn't deserve it, Katsuki."
There are tears dripping down his cheeks. "He was right though."

"Right about what?" What could that piece of shit possibly be right about in regards to the amazing omega in his arms?

"Th-that I'd make a shitty mom. I-I shouldn't have pups."
It doesn't matter how hard Tetsutetsu tries. The growl that bubbles up in his throat is loud and dangerous. Bakugou whines in submission and immediately bares his neck.

The dark bruises are on full display and it takes every ounce of self control the alpha has to calm down.
Tetsutetsu doesn't care about the consequences. If Chisaki comes anywhere near Bakugou there will be bloodshed
Not able to resist, Tetsutetsu presses his lips to the soft skin on the blond's neck. A shudder goes through the omega and he whines again.

"He's wrong. He's so fucking wrong. You will be the best mother out there." And fuck, Tetsutetsu wants to see is happen.
"You'll be so protective and loving that any pup would be lucky to have you." He takes the omega’s chin in his hand so they're looking at each other. "You are so God damn amazing and caring. Just look at these flowers, only someone with as much love as you have could do this."
Bakugou tries to look away from him but the hold the alpha has on him keeps him in place. "But I'm so rude and I curse too much. I-"

"We see how you are when pups come into your shop. You drop everything to help them and you always make sure they're smiling when they leave."
The omega shakes his head, his entire body trembling against the alpha’s larger one. "Thats not...who would want me but him? Who'd put up with me?"

He presses his nose against Bakugou's and rubs them together. "I do, Ei does."
"Wh-what?"

"We want you. We've wanted you for years. Fuck if Kai hadn't come along when he did we were going to ask to court you as a pair." He'll always regret not doing it sooner.

"You were?"
"We were. We love you so much. Every morning we watch you set your flowers out and that's how we know how you're feeling that day." He smiles a little. "Petunias when you're upset or annoyed and lilies when you're really happy. The petunias have been out a lot lately."
Bakugou's hand fist in his greasy tank top. "Why me?"

"Because you're smile and your laugh makes my stomach do these flips I can't explain. Because you care so much even if you won't say it."
"Tetsu, I'm not worth it."

How can he not see how perfect he is? "Yes you are. Eijirou and me, we'll spend the rest of our lives proving it to you if we have to."

Tetsutetsu doesn't leave Bakugou until he's eaten at least half his cheesesteak and some of his fries. The omega has become thinner in the past year and now the alpha is sure it's because of Chisaki.

He wants to stay, but Bakugou tells him he needs to be alone.
Part of him knows it's because Tetsutetsu just dumped a lot on him, but he can't help but be a little down that he's not with him.

"You /told/ him?" Kirishima snaps. "It's too much right now. He doesn't need us courting him. He needs-"
"Chisaki told him he'd be a shit mother and fucking believed it!" Tetsutetsu snapped. "He wouldn't listen, what was I supposed to tell him? He started saying that shithead is the only one who'd want him."

Dropping into his chair, Kirishima lets out a long breath. "Is he ok?"
"I don't know. He seemed fine when I left but I'm afraid he might drop at some point."

Kirishima runs a hand through his hair. "We have to get him somewhere he feels safe. His shop is good but it's too open. His instincts are probably going haywire."
"Think we can convince Midoriya to come in early and get Bakugou out faster? I know Sero will if we call him."

"Worth a shot."

Both Sero and Midoriya agree, Sero for Crimson Steel, and Midoriya for the flower shop.
It's difficult to convince Bakugou to leave, the omega wanting to stay where he feels the most comfortable right now, but they lure him away with the promise of ordering from his favorite Thai place and letting him yell at the TV while they watch the Food Network.
Their plans change the second they walk into the little three-bedroom house. Bakugou stares at the floor, his eyebrows drawn together in confusion.

"Katsuki, what's wrong?" Kirishima asks. Bakugou doesn't smell distressed but something isn't right.
"When-when I moved in with Kai, I didn't feel right in his house. I-I couldn't get comfortable, I forced myself to relax but nothing fit. The smells were off, it didn't have my pictures, the TV was too old, nothing was right." He takes a deep breath, tears slipping from his eyes.
"But here, it sells like you two. It-it's /safe/." Bakugou looks at the two alphas and he looks so lost. "Why didn't I see it? Why didn't I see he wasn't any good?" His hands are clenching and unclenching and he's shaking where he stands.
Kirishima can't stand the look on his omega face. He pulls Bakugou into his arms and holds him close. "You are safe with us. We will never let anyone lay a hand on you again."

When he starts sobbing in Kirishima's arms, Tetsutetsu can't stay back.
He wedges his arms around Bakugou as well and presses his face into his soft blond hair. "You're ours. No one gets to hurt you again without getting through us."

Bakugou's legs give out and the two alphas hold him close while he sobs. It's a loud and ugly sound.
Kirishima refuses to let their omega go, so he carries Bakugou to their couch and curls around him. The sobbing continues but it's quieter, he still holds on to Kirishima like he might disappear at any minute.

Tetsutetsu joins them with a soft omega blanket for Bakugou.
The second the soft material is wrapped around him, Bakugou lets out a high pitched whine, his scent shifting of happy omega.

A pleased smile comes to both alphas' faces when they smell it. The blanket is one they bought for Bakugou when they decided to court him.
They never got to give it to him before but now they can. Bakugou takes the edges of the blanket and holds it close.

When he starts purring, it's probably the most beautiful sound either of them has ever heard. Both alphas stay curled around him as they flip on the TV.
A few episodes into Diner Drive-Ins, Bakugou's phone buzzes with a text. "I-It's Kai," he whispers.

Tetsutetsu tightens his arms around Bakugou. "What does he want?"

"He's not coming home tonight and is going to be out of town for two days."
"That's good," Kirishima says. He presses a kiss to Bakugou's neck. "We can go get your stuff without him there."

"But that's-"

"The safest option," Tetsutetsu says. "We're not letting you go near him on your own because we don't know what he'll do."
"You think he'll hurt me."

Kirishima turns him so they're looking at each other. "He already has. You leaving, you taking back control, it'll piss him off to the ends of the Earth."

"Leaving him is dangerous, and we're not going to leave you alone until we're sure he's gone."
"I'm sorry," he said. "I'm causing so much trouble."

"No," Tetsutetsu says. "We'd anything for you. You're not causing us any trouble."

"Don't apologize. If anything we should apologize to you," Kirishima says. "If we hadn't been cowards, maybe we wouldn't be here now."
Bakugou looks down at his lap. "I was going to ask you guys out," he whispers. "Then I got scared and then Kai came into my shop and asked me to dinner. I-" he takes a deep breath. "I feel like a coward."

Tetsutetsu pulls his hand away from where it's fisting the blanket.
"We all were, but we're here now so let us help you."

"We don't want anything more than your safety right now," Kirishima adds. "We won't push you for more than that until your ready." They know that's something that could come later, but they won't push for it.
They spend the day curled on the couch, Bakugou between them. They barely let him up other then to go to the bathroom. When they're all ready to sleep, Kirishima lends him a T-shirt and Tetsutetsu gives him some loose shorts.

Bakugou isn't that small but compared to them he is.
Tetsutetsu wakes first and finds that Bakugou has pressed himself against the silver haired alpha’s chest, his hed resting under his chin.

Fuck he can really get use to waking like this.

Tightening his arms around Bakugou he hears the omega whimper in pain.
The sound wakes Kirishima and he looks at the two of them in concern. Tetsutetsu nods to their omega and Kirishima gently lifts the edge of the shirt.

Deep painful bruises wrap around Bakugou's back and across his side.

Chisaki did more then just choke him.
Tetsutetsu presses his nose to the top of Bakugou’s hair and breaths in the contented and sweet scent. If t
he looks at the bruises any longer he's going to get angry and he can't do that right now.

Kirishima leans over and presses a kiss to Bakugou's cheek. "Breakfast?"
Tetsutetsu nods. Neither of them are very good cooks but they can manage eggs and bacon just fine. Besides, Bakugou deserves to be spoiled.

Bakugou stirs in his arms but doesn't wake as Kirishima gets out of the bed.
Tetsutetsu can't imagine ever hurting someone the way Chisaki has hurt Bakugou. There has to be something fundamentally wrong with that bastard.

Bakugou stirs again and blinks his eyes open. It takes him a moment to register where he is before his eyes widen.
The omega goes to pull away, his cheeks bright red in embarrassment. "So-sorry-"

Tetsutetsu pulls him closer and presses his lips to the blond’s forehead. "Hey, none of that. We brought you in here after you fell asleep. We want you with us."

Bakugou whines but settles again.
"Why? Why would you guys want me after this? I'm-"

"If you say your 'used' or that you're a bad omega I will scream," Kirishima says from the doorway. He walks into the room and gently pulls Bakugou out of the warm cocoon Tetsutetsu created for him and holds him close.
"You are amazing and perfect and we want you."

Bakugou ducks his head to hide his face in the alpha chest. "I wish I said something to you two sooner."

Kirishima smiles and squeezes the omega to his chest. "We're here now. Let us show you how you deserve to be treated."
After breakfast, they get ready to head to Bakugou's apartment to get his stuff. Kirishima offers up one of his shirts to Bakugou to wear since he only has his stuff from the night before. The jeans he can wear again but the shirt is dirty from work the day before.
Tetsutetsu is only a little jealous that he didn't offer the omega his shirt first. He wants to wrap Bakugou in his scent too. His jealousy is quickly abated when the omega in question quickly presses into his side.

The grin on his face has Bakugou rolling his eyes at him.
They take Kirishima's truck, the one with the bench front seat so they can all press together, Bakugou in the middle.

The good mood the three of them had been in quickly fades as Bakugou's caramel scent takes on that acidic distressed note the closer they get to his apartment.
Tetsutetsu tries to reassure him, but it does little to help so he just keeps one arm around them omega's shoulders.

By the time they actually arrive, Bakugou's gone completely quiet and barely looks up from staring at his hands. It's a complete 180 from the person-
-Tetsutetsu has always known Bakugou to be. He's always been loud and explosive but here he is, quiet and demure.

The alpha gently squeezes an arm around the blond's shoulders and presses his lips against his temple. "It's ok. We're with you."
Bakugou lets out a deep breath and presses closer but doesn't say anything. When they finally pull into the apartment complex, he tenses again, hand clutching at the one Kirishima is holding.

Neither alpha is willing to let him go. Not when he's this pent up.
Inside the apartment, it's spotless. The smell of antiseptic is strong just covering Bakugou's and Chisaki's natural scents. It's not normal, not right. A home should smell like the people that live there.

Tetsutetsu tries to find anything that would indicate Bakugou lives-
-there but there's nothing. Just white and chrome plating everywhere. It's sterile.

"Bakugou..." Kirishima says.

The blond dips his head. "Please, can we just get my clothes and go?"
Kirishima pulls Bakugou into his arms and presses the omega's face into his neck. "You deserve so much, Katsuki."

Bakugou's whimpers and grips his shirt. "Ei..."
Tetsutetsu gives them a minute before coaxing both of them back towards the bedroom. They grab a large suitcase from the closet and Bakugou goes about putting all his stuff in it. The sad thing, everything fits into a suitcase a backpack.
Kirishima normally has to hold Tetsutetsu back but the redhead just might let the silver-haired alpha kill Chisaki. How dare he make their Bakugou live like this.

When Tetsutetsu is going through one more drew Bakugou's eyes widen. "Don't-"
But it's too late. A thick leather collar falls on the floor, dried blood crusted to the sides. The word /obey/ is burned into the material.
Some omegas like to wear collars, it's not an uncommon sight but it's always the omega's /choice/ to wear it.

The blood tells them that isn't what happened here. Bakugou didn't agree to wear this trash.
Bakugou's distressed scent intensifies as Tetsutetsu picks it up. "Tetsu-"

"How often did he force you to wear this?" his voice is hard and blank, so different from his normal tone.
The omega whimpers and backs away only for Kirishima to pull him into his arms. "We're not mad at you," he says, anger coating his words. "We're mad a /him/."

Bakugou shakes his head. "I'm sorry."
"Don't you apologize for him." Tetsutetsu drops the collar on the perfectly made up bed and crosses the room to his omega. "You did nothing wrong." Gently he turns Bakugou's face to his. "How often did he make you wear it?"
Bakugou considers not answering, he even considers lying but he thinks better of it. No, they'd know he's lying. They wouldn't get mad at him, just sad and that almost seems worse.

"Whenever I was home. If I didn't put it on fast enough he'd put it on himself."
And Kai would always make sure that it was too tight, that the leather was just this side of choking him. If Bakugou so much as touched it then he'd get hit.

Kirishima holds him tighter. "Never again. I'm never letting him near you again."
Tetsutetsu kisses his forehead. "We're leaving, and you're never coming back here."
They gather Katsuki back in the truck and bring him back to their building. The omega doesn't seem to know what to do with himself at first and Tetsutetsu and Kirishima try to get him to just relax but Katsuki doesn't want to.
Instead, he ends up in the kitchen cooking up a storm. Neither seems to really know if they should stop him or not but in the end, the two alphas just take up residence in the kitchen to keep their omega company.
The cooking seems to be what helps center Katsuki as he works on making them something. The only time either alpha even attempts to step in is when the omega has his hands a little too full for their liking.

By the time he's finished cooking, Katsuki seems much more relaxed.
Tetsutetsu runs a hand through Katsuki's soft hair after they've finished eating. "Do you want to build your nest?" he asks.

Katsuki immediately shakes his head, his hands shaking as he backs away. "Ca-can't."
"Katsuki-" Kirishima goes to take a step forward but stops when the blond presses himself against the counter. "He didn't let you have one, did he?"

Katsuki shakes his head, his caramel scent souring with each passing second. "He-he would rip them up."
Tetsutetsu's hands tighten into fists and it takes several calming breaths for him to hide his anger. "You can have a nest, Katsuki, and won't ever do that."

Kirishima holds his hands up and slowly approaches the blond. "We won't even go near it if you don't want us to."
The omega shakes his, eyes wide as he watches the two of them without really seeing them. "C-can't. Th-they're messy. Dirty."

Kirishima gently takes Katsuki's face in his hands. "No, omega, they're not dirty. A nest is safe and warm."
Katsuki wants a nest, they can see it in his eyes but the fear is so strong. "Sa-safe?"

"Yes," Tetsutetsu says. "A nest is supposed to be safe." He wants to go over and hug his Katsuki but he doesn't want to crowd him.
"Do you want a nest, Katsuki?" Kirishima asks.

First he nods, then he shakes his head as tears spring to his eyes. "I-I can-can't, alpha"

Kirishima presses their foreheads together. "Yes, you can, omega."
Tetsutetsu can't stand staying back any longer. Slowly, he approaches the two and wraps his arms around Katsuki's shaking form. "You're safe here, you can have a nest. They're not dirty."

Fucking hell, he's going to kill Chisakai for putting those thoughts in Katsuki's head.
"I have an idea," Tetsutetsu says. He gently tugs Katsuki away from the sink and shows him to the spare room in their apartment. All that's in there is a bed and a few extra blankets and pillows. "You can build your nest in here and Ei and I won't touch it."
Kirishima nods and gently brushes the hair away from Katsuki's face. "This will be your space and we won't even try to go in unless you say otherwise."

Katsuki's red eyes dart between the two of them and the room, hope reluctantly shinning through his red orbs. "Mine?"
"Yours," Tetsutetsu says. "We'll stay far away from it until you say we can come in."

"And if you never say we can, then that's ok too," Kirishima says.

Slowly, Katsuki steps into the spare room. He runs his hand across the bed and presses on the soft pillows.
"Ca-can I have some of-of your clothes?" the omega asks, his voice is quiet as he looks at the ground.

Kirishima grins. "You can have whatever you want."

"How about Eijirou and I stay out in the living room while you build your nest. Yeah?"
The omega turns to look between them. "You-you won't ri-rip it up?"

"Never," Kirishima says. "It's your nest, your space."

"I-I can bu-build it n-now?"

Tetsutetsu sends him a blinding smile. "Of course. We'll go in the living room and you can come to get us when you're ready."
