He could take care of himself. But as the years passed, he came to appreciate the little things Izuku did for him. Like when he remembered to get him a banana milk every morning before school. Or when they graduated, he bought him a case of beer and they laughed off the evening+
because Izuku knew that Katsuki’s dad wouldn’t be there and that it would crush Katsuki to see the empty seat.
When they attended university together, Katsuki noticed that there were small things that would make Izuku’s freckled face turn pink.
