So I had to eat the whole thing so she doesn’t ask me if I threw it away.

Fun fact: the chocolate helps make it not that bad or edible. STILL THO IT WAS SALTY

So when my dad cooks he doesn’t use any measurments he just throw spices like this guy

So in my head, id I don’t do it this way then I’m not a good cook.

So then I follow his lead and I add too much salt. مو كل مره يعني نثدر نقول مثلا ٨/١٠ مرات اكون اضفت ملح زايد

And then whoever tastes it comments on the seasoning and salt. & then I cry IDK WHY ITS EMBARRASSING IM JUST REALLY OFFENDED CUZ IM TRYING TO NOT ADD TOO MUCH SALT BUT WHAT CAN I DO

Sometimes, the dish would be only for me. Cuz I cook for myself a lot يعني. So when I realize it’s salty, I cry again but I can’t yell at myself so I just deal with it somehow. But it hurts cuz then I would’ve spent 2 hours on nothing and I have to spend another 2 hours.
