2. What is chemical exfoliation? 
It is a process to get rid of dead skin cells, & instead of using a brush/scrub/loofah untuk exfoliate (physical exfoliation), we use chemicals known as 
AHA & 
BHA.

3. AHA examples: glycolic/mandelic/lactic/malic acid. It is water-soluble, so it mainly works on the skin surface. Great for dry skin sebab it enhances skin’s natural moisturizing factors

4. BHA ada satu jenis je: salicylic acid. Since it is oil-soluble, it works on skin surface AND deep inside the skin. Awesome for oily skin sebab it helps to unclog pores & help with better cell turnover & shedding
