So, with @DestinyTheGame #BeyondLight on the way, we're losing some destinations that may or may not return. I thought I'd take a little tour around and grab some shots from the locations getting vaulted.
I love this vista from the top of the Pyramidion on IO.
The walk to get up there throws up some other good lighting, too.
Titan always felt a bit underused. The Arcology should have been expanded upon, but hey ho.
Always loved how it's basically a massive mining platform but the Arcology is a city attached to it. After the collapse it was left to decay, and nature started to spread.
Mercury was attached to some pretty average content, but walking out here for the first time? Whew.
The majority of the Mars surface is dusty and sunburned, but make your way into the excavated mountains and you'll find a technological marvel.
Also love how a lot of the internal Mars lighting reflects the planet.
Finally, Leviathan. The first Destiny 2 Raid. Landing on the walkway and seeing this towering palace ahead of you.
Much like the original game, Destiny 2 has had some ups and downs. One constant though is that the art team always knocks it out of the park.
