Ofsted judged this home to be & #39;good& #39; as recently as December 2019. So either something has gone catastrophically wrong in the few months since, or the December inspection was not fit for purpose.
CareTech is a multimillion pound company listed on the stock market,which makes millions in profits. Its senior executives earn more than £1 million a year.

All this money comes from local authority children& #39;s services and should be spent on care.
There are many problems in children& #39;s services. Privatisation of care is destroying a precarious system, harming children and costing the taxpayer many millions of pounds.

It doesn& #39;t have to be this way.
