Ofsted judged this home to be 'good' as recently as December 2019. So either something has gone catastrophically wrong in the few months since, or the December inspection was not fit for purpose.
CareTech is a multimillion pound company listed on the stock market,which makes millions in profits. Its senior executives earn more than £1 million a year.

All this money comes from local authority children's services and should be spent on care.
There are many problems in children's services. Privatisation of care is destroying a precarious system, harming children and costing the taxpayer many millions of pounds.

It doesn't have to be this way.
