In our journeys through life, we arrive at stages where we are presented with two choices; either to evolve (change/improve) or repeat (remain/sustain).

These are some of the things that will happen with each of these choices;

i) because you have decided to remain unchanged, you will likely be faced with the same scenarios, same challenges, same processes, same setbacks etc. This will keep happening until you learn from them, until you put your feet down and say to yourself 'i have had enough'.

ii) when you choose to evolve, you automatically place yourself outside your comfort zone, this way you will be able to connect with your hidden strengths, discover your self more and become open to wider possibilities.

In choosing to evolve, you would have chosen to love yourself above anything else.

Would you rather choose to love yourself or sell yourself short?
