1 hour phone call with bae @Singtel @SingtelSupport
Update: after wasting over an hour, the line got cut off. Thank you @SingtelSupport @Singtel

I’ve never had worst customer service before.
Chain of events:
1. Checkout page for i12 pro max had error and I couldn’t proceed. Tried for 4 hours

2. Called customer support on that same day and they simply told me to try again tmr

3. Tried again the next day morning and same error
4. Called customer support and they took down all the details. 2 days later haven’t gotten back to me.

5. Called again and they took down details AGAIN and put me on hold for over an hour.

6. The line cut off after waiting for so damn long
7. Called customer support again and they took down the details AGAIN ! And told me they will send me WhatsApp link but end up send me a form link that says they will get back to me between 3-5 working days.
For someone who has been with @Singtel for close to 10 years and who is a prestige member, today they really crossed the line. I feel so disgusted by their customer service and I don’t feel valued at all.

I’m considered terminating everything from them now.
