If you do have ADHD and are struggling with effectiveness at work in this time of crises, one of the things you can do (if you have team psychological safety) is pair with folks on work objectives.
Without team psychological safety, it can be really hard to be vulnerable and talk about the challenges you are having and approach solving them in different ways.

Pairing on projects makes them more achievable as you can balance your strengths/weaknesses with others.
If there is no team psychological safety, for someone with ADHD this may lead to defaulting to keeping quiet and disconnection. It requires a lot more work to get your brain active and you have to find ways to help your brain care about whatever it is you need to get done.
So if you are feeling excessively tired and not getting as much done? It might be that your brain is doing A LOT more than you think it's doing. It may not just be the stress and anxiety of all the things (which is enough!)
I am so so so grateful for working with @arschles and @as_w this last year. I could be vulnerable with them, talk about my challenges, and do a lot more together. From doing streaming and starting to learn Go to project work with different teams.
We all could leverage our different strengths and when I was tanked I could pass something on. It made leaving hard, but also because of the way we all worked together there wasn't a single point of knowledge.
