Hello Mayor @YggyRomualdo hope you& #39;d notice this tweet. Lately I& #39;ve been seeing posts about dog poisoning in our municipality. What makes this alarming is it& #39;s not only stray dogs, but also those who have owners, are being poisoned.

but we are hoping for an immediate action.
