I don't know what to eat?

I lack the motivation to diet

I lack the consistency

I can't follow diets

I can't control the foods and portions

I find diets hard to stick to

I don't have enough time

I can't shift my weight, Ive plateaued

Ive got bad weekend habits
Ive got a sweet tooth

When it comes to losing weight there is one thing that matters and thats called energy balace.

Energy balance simply put is if you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight.

Why do we overcomplicate it?
Because its not sexy. Its boring, its mundane, its repetitive and a lot of us hate that.

If you decided to commit to 4 things you will be amazed what you can do by doing less:

Steps, Resistance Training, Tracking Calories and Sleep
Less is not sexy. Less is boring but boring is consistent.

Instead we focus on the new shiny objects. The new diets. The keto's, the Carnivore diets, Veganism, Juice clenses.. when all these people are doing are manipulating you into thinging calories don't matter BUT...
You following a meal plan is calorie restricted without you having any idea!
Once we pick a sexy, appealing meal plan, we focus on buying an apple watch, a fit bit, new running shoes, new gym tights.. we focus on everything other than the 4 things I listed above.. the fundamentals.

Less is more. Basics will always win.
