One of the important points is knowing what you share. Everything you decide to share on your social media platforms should never be shared unintentionally. Always think analytically
I think this is one problem we all have at times, but don’t (& I cannot stress this enough even for myself) overindulge. Social media is great but when we spend hours scrolling & scrolling, we’re not thinking of our mental health and how we’re affecting it
Be mindful of your emotions when you’re consuming new information on the internet or you will end up like the gif below. Nobody likes to get their feelings hurt with information
Last but not least, always but always remember that journalistic truth is temporary. Always know that stories may and will change as time goes
