+ so many people (teachers, nonprofit workers, salaried government workers such as legislative aids) work these kind of hours & DO NOT collect OT & 6 figure pay checks.

& per your contract are often paid in 4 hour increments even if you don’t work 4 hrs. Paid not to work!
