Last night I started to scroll through photos and found a few memories.

The first is from February 2012 in a campaign office for the 2012 re-elect in Columbus, OH. We worked so hard to get the office ready for the VP. I actually built the wall behind us.
. @JoeBiden walked in and said “Thank you for doing what you are doing. You're the boss so tell me what to do." I fumbled some words and we took the stage. After, he spent almost two hours talking with us. As he left, he looked back and said “You got this kid. Go win this for us."
In 2015, I got to go to a Black History Month event at the Biden's home at the Naval Observatory. All I could think was “what was I doing at the VP’s house?” I remember sipping champagne and eating every hors d'oeuvre possible. Had to get the full experience.
This photo reminds me why the President-elect is called for this moment. I was asked to pull this meeting together on the Ebola crisis. We talked about how to get the crisis under control in Liberia, but also how to ensure it did not come to America and ravage our country.
President-elect @JoeBiden has the experience, empathy, and courage for the moment we are in.

I am proud to be part of the journey. #BidenHarris2020
