Basically i realized they both mention home a lot in their songs (even the ones they wrote in the band) and i wanted to keep track. Some of them match, just like a lot of their other lyrics actually.

This is just MY interpretation of the lyrics, i love the boys so much, i want them to be happy. I feel like they both are being loud in their songs and we just have to listen. I love y'all, TPWK.
