we already know Nanika is a dark spirit in Allukas body, who with three requests can give anyone a wish, these requests can vary from asking for a handshake to demanding someone’s liver depending on the difficulty of the wish. Alluka is the bridge
between Nanika and the person asking for a wish, this seems an awful lot like Neons fortune telling ability as she is the bridge between her lovely ghostwriter and whoever wants their fortune which leads me to believe Alluka is a specialist and a nen genius.
Nen geniuses are people who can train and create nen abilities without any past training, they are called geniuses because achieving this is truely difficult. nen geniuses are normally specialists because they create a nen ability either to fit in with their environment. This is
shown with neon nostrades fortune telling ability which formed to help the mafia or because the user enjoys or does something a lot. This is shown with Komugi and her gungi nen ability.

Nanika was already inhabiting Allukas body from a young age and wasn’t properly aware of it. Alluka was mainly ignored as a child which could’ve led to her unconsciously developing an ability that allowed spirits to enter her body because of how lonely she was at the zoldyck
household. Nanika’s three requests seems a lot like a nen limitations, which are used to increase ones power. Alluka is aware of Nanika and seems to like Nanika a lot, and normally when a dark spirit inhabits your body you’d be afraid. Nen abilities normally refer to somebodies
personality, such as machi’s threads because she holds up the phantom troupe with her intuition and her support nen, this can be interpreted into Allukas loneliness in her childhood, she was so desperate for a friend that her nen ability allowed her to have one always with her
Nanika could be much deeper then just a spirit, she could be a powerful nen ability Alluka created, togashi never properly explained Alluka and Nanika but i don’t think it’s because Nanika forcibly inhabited her body, Alluka wants Nanika there
honestly who knows if Alluka is an unconscious nen user, because you’d be able to see the nen being used?? i personally think Alluka just has a singular nen ability that was created because of her want of a friend that allows a spirit into her body but that’s juSt me
