There are so many people I owe an enormous debt of gratitude to for everything this cycle, and didn’t want the weekend to end without publicly calling out just a few of them. So if you’ll indulge me, a 🧵👇
under the leadership of @TomPerez, @SeemaNanda, @samcornale, and Mary Beth Cahill, the DNC invested 10x (not a joke!) more in digital over the past four years than in the previous four. They set us up to succeed—a privilege not enough digital staffers enjoy.
I have never worked with anyone who is less afraid of running right at snarly, awful problems than @hkreid—which was a, uh, relevant skillset this cycle. truly one of the most loyal, thoughtful, and hardest-working leaders in our industry.
everyone knows the job @_clarkekent did running the Biden online $$$ program, and much of that success was the payoff of *years* of preparation she led at the DNC.

the BFP + DNC program integration was unprecedented and should be the model for every presidential moving forward.
one of @jessalynsays's main successes in her role was how she harnessed grassroots energy to build long-term infrastructure. There are not many people who could have done that, and even fewer who could have stepped in to do it midstream as she did.
among the most personally rewarding things for me this cycle was watching @Tweetsteban @josescornejo @jessicacporter and @andreamailman grow as leaders and build absolutely tremendous programs. the future is in good hands if they keep being in charge of stuff.
four years ago I was a direct mail novice, and I have been very lucky to have @LMeiDubs as a teacher. There is no one who has done more to pioneer our omnichannel grassroots fundraising strategy or build out our historically large sustaining donor program.
"Digital Organizing Director" is one of the hardest jobs in politics—the joke is the job description should just be "other duties as assigned." I am so proud of how @MegDiMartino grew into the role, and, among other things, built http://IWillVote.com  into its best version yet.
@egkeller and @hannah_flom spent all year using social media to reach voters in innovative ways—from Snapchat to Twitch to high-impact influencer outreach. You should get hazard pay for being a DNC social/content person, but they didn't just survive, they thrived.
@braxtonzparr and @YoSiebels have been producing brilliant, unexpected creative for years. I can't tell you how many times someone forwarded me their stuff and said "I can't believe the DNC did this!" which is both a nice compliment and a clear sign of how hard their jobs are.
if you are planning ahead, just a quick heads up that @megmartin497 is gonna be everyone's boss in the near future. In addition to being personal friends with @BarackObama, she's one of the most competent, no-bullshit people you'll ever meet.
from day one @Rob_Flaherty made it a priority to plug in our team with the BFP operation. It is enormously to his credit that this has been the best-ever partnership between a presidential campaign digital operation and the DNC.
and of course we'd all be nowhere without @k8thegr8est, who has been building for this win since she took over the program in some very dark days in 2017. the most ambitious crossover event in history!
