My story goes like this- We can find role models everywhere, like a friend, colleague etc. We just need to observe & get the best from them. But for me, Arnab happened. I used to watch Arnab during his Times Now times, but was not a great fan.

Then when he started his channel, I watched a few debates n again.. discontinued. It was like I kept avoiding him & would accidentally bump into his debates again (but not regularly). And then Sushant incident happened.. & I again accidentally watched his debate.

Day in and day out.. I got glued to his channel. I admired the way he spoke, the way he managed the show. I loved the way he dealt with his troubles head-on. I wondered how could someone be so good at everything.

The way he supported his team.. the happiness & pride in his voice when he appreciated & stood by his employees..I bet,there can be no BOSS like him.And in turn,his employees also take the same pride of him being their BOSS. That's what you call an ORGANIZATION.

When someone tried to piss him off, he took it, and gave back much louder. There is so much to learn from this man and I regret not having followed him much earlier (just like I regret for Sushant).

To me a role model is someone who inspires me to do something, motivates me to develop myself further. Arnab is that hero. He shall stay as my role model forever.
