There is no evidence of widespread fraud in PA. The statistics of mail ballots are driven by self selection. It’s the reason that republicans had huge margins on Election Day.

It’s possible there’s some fraud but as of now there’s zero evidence for widespread numbers enough to swing an election.

In fact Philly turnout was down and Trump improved his margins there. The place where trump got worse include many republican run counties like Cumberland, Lancaster, etc.

The patterns are largely exactly what we’d expect. Trump ran ahead of GOP down ballots in rural counties and then trailed them in more affluent areas. All of this was in line with modeling and what Republican campaigns in PA prepared for.
