. @JohnMcGuire4VA is attending & organizing rallies in the Richmond area in an effort to bolster claims of voter fraud in Virginia and beyond. On Election Day, he traveled across his district and entered polling places to purportedly thank poll workers. 1/2 https://www.virginiamercury.com/2020/11/07/va-republican-amanda-chase-pushes-unfounded-election-fraud-claims-after-arrests-of-armed-supporters/?fbclid=IwAR227vcuuAidBuD_w-F2DjKCdmvdAMJP1qqRzotrLIyUIXHE2Vt7WwiVqSg
Now, he’s throwing the same people under the bus, fanning the flames of conspiracy theories, because his candidate lost the election. Shame on you, John. @LouisaCountyVA’s excellent registrar, dozens of poll workers (both R & D) and bipartisan Electoral Board deserve better.
But, I guess we shouldn’t be surprised. John turns to claims of fraud pretty much any time an election doesn’t go his way. Just ask @NickForVA & the 7th District Republican Committee.
Here’s a sampling of a bit of John’s rhetoric when it was becoming clear delegates at the 7th District R convention were rejected him in favor of Freitas. https://twitter.com/johnmcguire4va/status/1284529626891591685
Today, John is in RVA leading another rally questioning the results of the election. Maybe he should take the advice on this guy’s t-shirt. Suck it up, buttercup. Biden won. (This thread went a little longer than intended.)
