Steps I take when forming an LLC

1. *Optional*Get a virtual business address
2. Search the LLC name I want on the states website
3. *Optional*Get registered agent
4. File Article of Incorporation
5. Get EIN from the IRS (free)
6. Get a business bank account
7. Buy website domain

I use Registered Agents because you don't have to put your name and home address on the article of incorporation (this is public information) and anything the state sends you will be sent to the registered agent
