Economic and social development has too often meant an increase in activities which can lead to environmental pollution and ecosystem disruptions. In a way, the methods and materials used in -(Part 1)-

- development can alter the structure and functions of the ecosystems. For instance, depletion of natural resources due to development has destroyed the services that ecosystem provide. -(Part 2)-

Therefore, in order to find a way out of this sustainability conundrum, it is important that policies must be made in order to conserve natural resources through controlling material throughput and reducing energy used. -(Part 3)-

All in all, environmental sustainable development is important as it meets the needs of all today without compromising the future generations. Therefore, it is important to keep a stable relationship between human activities and nature. -(Part 4)-
