Okay, America -- let's help save the UK's bookshops during their new lockdown, right in the middle of holiday shopping!!! Here's how: Go to @bookshop_org_UK and pick a store on the map... https://uk.bookshop.org/pages/store_locator
Now browse their holiday rec lists for ideas, or look up a book you'd like to buy. (It will be a UK edition, which may mean a different cover that the US edition, FYI.) As an example, I've chosen Shetland Times Bookstore. Here's their rec lists: https://uk.bookshop.org/shop/shetlandtimesbookshop

You can add a book to a wishlist or to your cart. You'll need to create an account. I already have one with http://Bookshop.org . The login didn't take for http://UKBookshop.org , so I used the exact same email and password to create an account for the UK site. Easy breezy!
