Y'all DO NOT UNDERSTAND how much Black folks were pushed to be cops or government workers post Black Panthers, so white folks wouldn't murder us.

My (Black) mother and aunt were government workers
My (Black) uncle is an air force lawyer
My (Black) cousin was a gangbanger who became a lawyer
I went to a "Black Lawyer Camp" as a kid in NE in the 90s

They also literally placed Baldwin and King and Lorde and Davis in my hands

The Black Usonian relationship to the law is complicated, and we have tried literally everything to make it work for us and not against us.

I acknowledge that Harris has many problems, but a lot of y'all need to learn some context before opening your mouths.
