In the movie about it, Four Seasons Total Landscaping is struggling due to its inept owner, played Will Forte, who is WILDLY competitive with his sweet, locally beloved neighbors (Sam Richardson and Betty White, as the crematorium and sex shop owners, respectively).

Unable to pay his rent and unwilling to look at his own part in his business failing, he spends much of the movie trying to instead sabotage his neighbors’ thriving businesses to drive down the rent in the complex, only to have each attempt blow up in his face.

When he receives a call from the Trump campaign asking if this is the Four Seasons Philadelphia and can Giuliani (an INSPIRED turn by Bradley Whitford) hold a press conference there, of course he says yes...
