Thread on my personal research on #AnvayNaik

I start looking into Anvay Naik after illegal arrest of #ArnabGoswami which I personally feel was unconstitutional.

On 5th May 2020 as per articles Anvay Naik was found dead along with her mother Kumud Naik.

Anvay Naik had three companies:

Concord Design(mentioned in suicide note)
Om Arthava Realtors(Strike off)

And

Concord Projects And Ventures LLP.

Concord Design Private Limited mentioned in suicide note had two partners both of which are unfortunately no more.(I am sorry for this)

This company was formed in 2002 under ROC- Mumbai

Concord Design Private as per MCA data was already facing financial struggle since 2013 with some of assets under charge open since 2009 as this company might have taken huge amount of loan from different sources(which I can't confirm)

Death of Anvay Naik's mother was found suspicious as she was found on floor,while Anvay Naik was found hanging on first floor.

What surprised me in looking into Anvay Naik was his third company

Concord Project And Ventures LLP which he formed in partnership just two months before his suicide

Question is how can one think of starting new company when previous company is already facing financial issue

Balwantraj Shamlaji Lakhani

This company is formed under ROC- Mumbai on 12th March 2020.
Anvay committed suicide on 5th May 2020

Here term ROC-Mumbai is very Important and holds significant value.

Now interesting character who has got ride off all investigation,just because of one suicide note-whose authenticity needs to be investigated,is Balwantraj Shamalji Lakhani

Of all five companies of Balwantraj Shamalj Lakhani,only Concord Projects Ventures LLP which is formed in partnership with Anvay Naik is based on "ROC-Mumbai" while rest four companies are based on "ROC-Kolkata"

Why this company was formed in ROC-Mumbai and not in ROC-Kolkata
