What to do when it& #39;s a late night and you& #39;re feeling a little down
Firstly, let& #39;s breathe in and out. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Make sure to hold when you inhale for 3 seconds and then exhale. Do that a couple times with me, yeah? Ahh I can feel a little more relaxed already. But there& #39;s still a couple more things to do!
Alright, breathing done. A reminder though: this isn& #39;t one list fits all. Take your time, as much as you need.
Ring, ring, I& #39;ve got a call for you. An exercise that your doctor has prescribed. She tells me that you& #39;re having trouble and recommends something soothing that you enjoy doing. It may be late, or very early, but perhaps a remedy of laughter will ease you. (1/2)
If it fails, she says to have a warm glass of milk, like maybe a family member gave to you when you had a different trouble.

Are we still a bit tense? Let& #39;s try this: writing thoughts out on a piece of paper. A phone works too, but writing feels like wielding yourself to write what troubles you onto the page instead of your mind.
We& #39;re reaching the end of the thread. Yet some of us here are still down or tense. I& #39;d like to call on some of my friends, who& #39;s wisdom is so much more equipped than I. Please do call when you need it. They& #39;re always there for you.
