Loene Furler, @Sia's mom art appriciation thread

so maybe a little bit of back story first Loene Furler is ofc Sia's mom and she's an artist from what I found she really loves to experiment while painting with different styles and mediums she finished South Australian School of Art also she LOVES german expressionists

"Landscape" - 1965 (the year she finished SASoA)

"The Housewife" - 1965

To show how much she loves to experiment here are two completely different artworks with pen and ink
"Self portrait" and "The port"

There is one particular painting that I would want to point out it's called "Fractured (self portrait)" because in bottom right corner there's a face which looks very similar to Maddie in Sia's music video to Big Girls Cry maybe Sia was inspired by her mom's art?

This one was created just year after Sia was born it's called
"Right from the start we are bound (Sia)"
