Look I just need to get this off my chest, I wasn’t a big fan of Biden. I’ve been critical of him many times, but this isn’t about him. This is about voting out somebody who doesn’t even believe in democracy. (will be continued)
He is currently refusing to accept the result of our election. It is disgusting how someone who would refuse to accept the results of the election just because he lost, could even have been elected president in the first place.
Trump has taken every effort to undermine our democratic process. The people have made it clear, we do not want another 4 years of this. He will leave office, whether he is willing to or not. He lost. On January 20th 2021 he will no longer be our president
He has done so much damage to this country. Throwing millions off their healthcare, ripping up the Iran deal, withdrawing from the Paris Agreement and refusing to acknowledge climate change, and lastly, mismanaging the covid pandemic so badly.
So badly that there are now nearly 240,000 empty chairs at dinner tables across this country, 240,000 family members, 240,000 people, gone. Gone forever, many lives could’ve been saved if we had just taken reasonable action. The covid pandemic really shaped this election.
Trump& #39;s total failure on the covid pandemic is one of the main reasons why even though I wasn’t the biggest fan I supported Joe Biden in this election. At least I know he will trust science, at least he will deal with covid in a more competent way.
Joe Biden takes office on January 20th, 2021, I am sure that on day one, many executive orders will be written, to reverse some of the damage Trump has done, but of course much of it will take years to fix, and the lives lost cannot be brought back.
I guess the main point of this thread is. Joe Biden will be the 46th President, and I am relieved to know that.
