This general wealth topic is so interesting to me because a lot can be said on your outlook on life with your views on this
My school of thought growing up was generational wealth. I liked the idea of patterning life for my kids kids kids. After doing some thinking over the years, I’ve changed sides
As long as my kids are born into stability, where no opportunity is blocked from them growing up in terms of finances, then I financially done my job as a parent. Imo. After that, it’s all external for me, it’s about building Africa for example, it’s about giving back in the now
If I can make an impact to the lives 1000s of people knowing my kids are set up ok I’d 1000% do it. I prefer this to hoarding more than my kids would ever need
I don’t think there are right or wrong answers, it just boils down to perspective because as I said I changed sides upon reflection - this isn’t under the assumption I’d make millions, it’s just an interesting debate to me because it says a lot about your outlook on life
My kids’ kids better wake up and smell the coffee is what I’m essentially saying lol
