was drinking w two of my cousins and aunt and we played kings cup. so here’s how i managed to get myself out of drinking the cup although getting the K (kings) card,,, a thread:

we’re playing and this is our second round after playing two other games so we’re already semi drunk and it’s my turn to pick a card. the card i picked ended up being the K, which means king so i have to drink the cup that’s filled w everybody else’s drink (vodka + juice & icee)

i obviously did not want to drink it but at first i had made it obvious by my reaction, BUT none of them had actually seen my card. so we were all riled up and they were going “drink it!” but i said no, bc i didn’t have the card. i lied and said i had 9 (stands for rhyme)

they all know i hate having to do rhymes the most, so it made it easier to lie to them. i hid the card and said i had 9 for rhyme. at first they were saying for me to show them the card but bc we’re semi drunk it was easy to distract them

so i quickly changed it by telling one of my cousins it was her turn to go for the rhyme (after i chose the word glasses.) not an easy word so we quickly moved on.

then, we’re still playing and i’m trying to find a moment to sneak the K card back in bc my aunt was like “there’s no way there’s only one K left.” (there were only 6 cards left) so i start panicking a bit and im like shit i have to put the K back in since there was only 1 left

it’d be weird if there were no K left after my aunt mentioned that there should’ve been one more left. so i’m trying to distract them but it got hard to.

THEN i found a moment. we were all laughing and the cards were all scrambled so i acted like i was gonna fix them, BUT my cousin next to me was kinda eyeballing me so i had to be careful.

i ended up getting to distract my cousin next to me and i sneaked the card in then i placed them around the cup but i made sure to put the K card on my other cousins side so she’d grab it

now we’re down to 2 cards and when telling my cousin to go cus it was her turn i tapped on the K card and luckily she followed me and grabbed it so in the end she got the K card, had to drink the vodka + juice + icee and i got away with lying (-:
