A letter for the sisters in Dharma, from a brother in Dharma : a thread 👇

The letter starts from the following tweet in this thread. Plz RT and get more sisters in Dharma to read it 🙏

(A sister in Dharma : any female on earth who follows any of the four Dharmic religions ie Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, is my sister in Dharma.)

Dear sisters,

The reason I decided to write this letter, is because of what's going on against our communities right now.
There are evil groups, active even on the very lands on which our Dharmas were compiled, working sometimes together and sometimes separately to destroy our Dharmas.
Know this, dear sisters, the reason you're part of the fold of Dharma today, is because of your ancestors who fought the enemies of Dharma, to guard Dharma for generations to come.
The enemies of Dharma are still here, so Dharma will be safeguarded for those who come after us only if we guard it from those who seek to destroy Dharma, and thus us.

Let me talk about these enemy groups, one by one, and their different tactics to take down the Dharma.
First, let me talk about the Muslims.
It's true that not every single one of them are dangerous to Dharma, its people, and its heritage. However, let's deal with the truth here. Some of them are very dangerous to Dharmic fold (Dharma, Dharmic, and the heritage).
And, we can never know which ones are those people until they actively do something bad against the Dharmic fold, in which case it's too late to do anything to save Dharma.

We can never know which ones among them are going to turn violent against the Dharmic people beforehand.
This is because not every single one kg them is gonna state their extreme hatred towards us openly, and even if they do, our governments will do foolish things, and get us killed or otherwise harmed anyway.

So, honestly, we can't fully depend on our governments to save us.
We have to do what we can do, and no, we don't have to resort to outright violence to get it done.

Now, take the case with the 21st of April terrorists attacks in Sri Lanka that happened in 2019.
The locals, where the terrorist mastermind, Zahran Hashim, was staying, had informed the government 97 times about the attack. The year before, a person named Abdul Razzak Tasleem had tipped the police about Zahran after a Buddha statue destruction case.
The police officer who was going to arrest Zahran, was arrested by the government, and the police commission was taken over by the government...Who didn't arrest Zahran, allowing him, and his team, to kill over 350 innocent people and wound over 500 of them during the attacks.
It's true that this attack could have been avoided if the sri Lankan government had acted about it in time. However, the thing I wanted to point out here is this. Our governments, most of the time, don't do what they're supposed to do.
Also, sometimes, even intentionally allow bad things to happen for political gains.

So, we really can't just depend on them to do the job. We have to do what we can do, to make sure Dharma stays safe.

Now many of you might tell me "But not all of them are bad!" That's true.
However, look at these scenarios as well, also related to the bombing case.

One of their worshipping places in Kompagnaveediya area in Colombo, posted a banner showing sympathy for the victims of the attack.
However, when the same place was raided later, swords, guns, bombs and many other dangerous weapons were found there!

Also, one of them who was apologizing for what happened in the morning, was arrested with bombs and detonators the very same evening!
So, can we really fully know which ones among them are bad based on how they interact with us? The answer is "No".

Also, let me point out this fact. Out of all the terrorists who carried out the attack, not a single one of them came from extremist or terrorist families.
At a personal level, someone I know, knows someone, who knows one of the families at a personal level. A very normal family seemingly involving in legal businesses to earn their living.
However, when this person saw how the youngest daughter of the family dressed up, from a young age, by her own free will, he'd informed the family that he felt concerned about how she was growing up. This was because the girl was dressing up in extremist ways.
This girl later became one of the suicide homicide attackers of the above said attack!

She didn't come from an extremist family. To be honest, not a single one of the terrorists came from an extremist family, not even Zahran himself came from an extremist family.
Put this attack aside. Think about the girl Nikita Tomar who was killed by one of them in India.

Nobody could say he'd end up killing her beforehand.

Nobody could say Bangalore riots would happen, before they did happen.
Nobody could say Delhi riots would happen, before they did happen.

Nobody could say the aspiring model Pooja Singh would be pressured into converting by her family, until she ended up committing suicide for that.
Dear sisters (and brothers who are reading this), this is the nature of this problem. We have a community, living among us, from which bad apples, who selectively hate us and our heritage, emerge at an alarming scale, and we can't do anything about it.
Why? Because not all of them are bad, and attacking seemingly good people isn't something most people in the Dharmic community can do.

Now, I fully agree with the fact that not all of them are bad.
However, at the same time, I also have to admit that we can't know which ones are bad beforehand and even if we knew, we can't stop them, while allowing them to live among us, until it's too late.
Now, if you check the demographic trends in the Hindu/Buddhist majority countries, you'll see what's happening.

They are growing in percentage, while Hindus, and other minorities, are diminishing in countries like India and Myanmar.
In Sri Lanka, they are growing faster than any other group compared to their numbers, and at some point, even the Buddhists would start falling in percentage.

The danger here is this.
Looking at countries where they are already the majority, we can guess what the future of us and those who come after us wil be.
Look at Afghanistan. Only a handful of Hindus, and Sikhs and almost no Buddhists, nor Jains left there, and the ones left there are either fleeing the country, or living in fear of getting killed by the radicals anytime.

Now look at Pakistan.
Hindus and Sikhs are persecuted on a daily basis. Their males are killed and females are kidnapped, converted, married off to the kidnappers, and raped over and over again! The government doesn't try to stop them either.
Bangladesh? The smallest trigger, or offense, from the Hindus or Buddhists, is enough for numerous Hindus and Buddhists to get killed and many of their property to get destroyed, like what happened there a few days ago.

What about the Maldives?
Buddhists and Hindus aren't allowed to keep a statue, and If caught, they're demolished immediately!

Can you imagine how painful for a Hindu, a Buddhist, or a Jain, to have something so valuable and precious to them, get demolished right in front of their eyes like that?
They who live in countries like India, sri Lanka, Myanmar etc are culturally more culturally similar to their brethren living in countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, or Afghanistan, than to their brethren living in secular countries like Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan.
So it's fair to assume that if they become the majority in countries like India, sri Lanka, Myanmar etc the status of those countries will be more like Afghanistan, Pakistan, or Bangladesh, than like Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan.

What about the situation in Kashmir?
Are there any native Dharmic people left there? Can outsiders settle there with no fear for their lives?

What about Malappuram, Kerala? Or, Mewat, Haryana? Or Old Hyderabad City, Telangana? Do Hindus feel safe in or even around those places?

Those places are within india.
For the sri Lankans who are reading this, what do you think about places like Wattala, or Atulugama, or Kattankudy, or Muttoor, or Akkareipattu, or Samanturei, or Teldeniya, or eastern province as a whole, or Maligawatte?
For the Burmese who are reading this, what about the northern Arakan, where Buddhist girls are raped and killed?

For the Thais who are reading this, what about the southern Thailand, where monks get shot to death?

You see a pattern here.
When some of them cause trouble while they're a minority, we think that not all of them are bad, and leave the trouble as isolated incidents.

Meanwhile, their radicals help the community grow in numbers, doing just about anything they can to spread further as a community.
Their radicals convert our people, mostly our sisters, to their religion using all the excuses any sane person can possibly think of, be it marriage, job, educational opportunities...any thing!

Wanna marry one of them? Convert to their religion.
Wanna get a job in a place owned by one of them? Convert to their religion.

Wanna join a school owned by one of them, convert to their religion.
And what happens if the opposite happens ie what happens if one of them convert to another religion, or marry a person of another religion and raise kids in that religion?
Well, this person is abandoned even by their so called moderate ones, completely, and the radical ones will definitely try to get this person killed.

This happened to one of those women in Atulugama, sri Lanka.
She didn't leave the religion, but she married a Buddhist man and raised two girls under Buddhism.

What happened?
They, who lived in and around the town, tried to get her kids and her husband converted to their religion, and at least to get her two daughters married off to adult men of their religion!
They first tried softly, with gifts and all, but when that didn't work, they resorted to violence.

They had physically attacked the family, multiple times, once even when the police was present in the house.
The police had to finally put the family in protective custody, and when the was being taken by the cops, they, who had gathered to both sides of the road, started attacking the family with whatever they could get their hands on!
This stopped only after the police threatened to shoot them.

The physical attacks stopped only after the riots that followed the 21th of April attacks, but the verbal harassment didn't stop even afterwards.
According to the mother of the family, this isn't the story of her alone, but multiple other girls of her religion in the same township.

I can state a never ending list of such incidents, all of which lead to two conclusions.
1. Some of them are radical, but exactly which ones are radical can't be known until they do the radical deed, in which case it's too late to do anything to help the affected party.
2. Some members start out as moderate, and later become radical, but, again, exactly which ones turn that way, can't be known until they do the radical deed, in which case, again, it's too late to help the affected party.

What we can't do is sorting out the radicals beforehand.
We can't also make sure that radicals stop coming from the community at a disproportionately higher rate, because the poison is in the ideology itself.

We also can't get the ideology banned, as Dharmic commoners.
Some of us might want to end all of them, which most of us don't, and the issue with that is getting innocent people harmed in the way.

It's true that it seems immoral to attack all of them. But not attacking all of them isn't the same as not doing anything about the problem.
I think I've talked a lot about the Muslims. There are also Christians, Marxists, and liberals to talk about.
As you see, already, there was a lot to talk about Muslims alone. So, I guess I'd partition this thread into may be four or five parts, for those who want to read specific parts of the thread separately.

This is the end of the 1st part of the thread.
Make sure to get as many Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, and Jains, to read this thread, and I hope you'll wait for me to finish the part 2 of this thread.

Until then, have a great time, and stay away from Adharma 🙏
