Dear colleagues, did you notice that the US media at a point all began to do the RIGHT thing to save its democracy? When Trump lies, he's cut off & say he's lying. That's how the media should be. At a point, even "his" FOX News grudgingly joined in.

The media as the most powerful JUDGE & has ensured democracy is ENTHRONED. It's high time we got our acts together. Owners must CONSTANTLY train staff. Staff must ALWAYS remain professional. 2023 beckons...another litmus test. Seize the moment & be counted!

Doing the RIGHT thing isn't same as taking sides. Yes, our politicians will try to blackmail you that you're bias and taking sides. Don't fall for it. Don't air or publish lies. Research & point their lies out. Tell your audience the truth even when they come telling lies.

Don't be a vessel for their lies. Again, owners must pay well and on time too. Don't make your staff so poor that they drop professionalism over gratification. Staff, if your moral duty is shaky and in doubt, speak to someone higher. Get a mentor; a good one! Best wishes folks
