In the 1st hearing of the trial the defense said their side, Seungri denied all charges except of violation of foreign exchange transactions, for regular gambling. In February 19 reporter Kang published fakes KKT conv and accused SR with prostitution and mediation prostitution. SR volunteered for investigation to clean his name and since then he's struggling for his innocence.
