One place to look: outside mentors.

Also important to have a professional network of peers -- in order to reach out during hard times. A way to be #TogetherApart as @donna_hoyne says.

The pause, the "yes freeze", allowed @LauraLewMad11 to refocus & reprioritize.

We all only have so much time and energy to devote to things that are important to us.

The silver lining thus far.
