Will UOCAVA military ballots, post marked by Election Day (but still arriving), tip the election to Trump in PA or GA or NV or AZ? Highly doubtful.

In FL, of the 29,977 ballots cast by members of the military, only 938 (3.1%) have arrived since November 3.
As for "military dependent" UOCAVA ballots, only 244/9,388 (2.5%) have come in since Election Day.
As for overseas ballots, which are also protected by UOCAVA and can arrive in FL after Election Day, only 614/11,299 (5.4%) have arrived since Tuesday. Oh, and less than 1/4 of all overseas voters registered in FL who cast ballots are Republicans. So there's that.
