1/ @nilsgilman We ran simulation exercises under the name the "TRANSITION Integrity Project" (not "election integrity" for a reason: we worried that the period between Election Day and Inauguration might hold most risk... and this summer we issued a report...

2/ and this summer we issued a report called "PREVENTING a Disrupted Election and Transition." A lot of people - literally, thousands - did a lot of amazing work to prevent the potential disruptions we and others outlined....

3/ But we are not yet out of the woods. Take a day to celebrate -- but then re-read our report ( http://transitionintegrityproject.net/ ). Trump can still do a lot of damage on his way out - which means we still have a lot of work to do.

4/ And that work will not end when Biden moves into the WH on Jan 20. Fixing what's broke in America will take many years - maybe generations, not one administration. But we can start to #BuildBackBetter.
