Because of her,
- Universities are not allowed to file a complaint against a student with MULTIPLE allegations of sexual assault.
- Universities are NOT required to conduct formal Title IX proceedings for students assaulted abroad.

- Now, there is a live hearing. In which, victims are required to attend.

- In the live hearing, victims can be cross-examined by ANYONE, except the abuser themselves. This includes friends, family members, and attorneys of the abuser.

- Additionally, statements from witnesses who are unwilling to be cross-examined will NOT be used in determining if sexual assault occurred.

This is why Presidential Elections are so important. Not only are you selecting the President, but the Cabinet as well.

This woman has made an already hard decision harder. She is the reason why I did not go through with a Title IX Investigation with my abuser. So, yes, I am very happy to say #ByeBetsy !!!
