Amid this surreal scene, strangest thing I’ve seen so far is a middle-age father & young adult son pause their bike ride & gawk at the dancing crowd, as the son asked in a thick Brooklyn accent, “What’s all this for?”

I thought he was being sarcastic but then he asked again.
