I'll try to explain how #Election2020 was "stolen" more simply.
1) To mail out ballots, you must have a list of registered voters & addresses. An electoral register.

2) If you don't maintain these registers properly, you'll invariably have some dead, moved away, etc, etc. (ineligible ballots).
3) The ineligible ballots get returned by the new occupant of the address they're received at, but in the ineligible voter name.

4) These ballots, without proper verification, stand as legitimate votes. Simply because there is no way to verify so many votes/voters over a period of days. They just get checked against the electoral register.

5) You are then left with a number of people not on the initial electoral register, who didn't receive a ballot. They register & vote (hence the large numbers registering close to the election).

6) This gives you a much larger turnout than usual, and it includes a number of ineligible votes. They'll never be flagged as such though, because to the vote counter, they show on their electoral register when checked.
The sheer numbers ensure these checks are brief.

7) Say you send out 100 ballots from your poorly-maintained electoral register? Of those 100, 6 people have moved/died. The 6 new occupants then register to vote, and hey presto, you have 106 votes cast, instead of 100.

8) This is why the turnout figures were so ridiculously high. It's not fraud, it's just bad data (on the face of it).
It gives you a larger vote return from an area, using a method you know is favoured by one "side" of the election.

9) Counters at voting stations have 106 ballots returned, but each one of those checks out as valid, against their electoral register (the initial 100, plus the new 6 who registered lately).
Can't blame the counters, and to a count observer, all appears fine.

10) Is it accidental this happened in DNC-controlled areas? Of course it's not. They knew their lists were poor.
They knew most mail-ins would come from DNC-favouring voters.
Lists had to be sorted BEFORE the ballots went out, no way to do it after.

11) There is absolutely no way to fix this now, without manually checking every vote cast against eligibility. That would be a monumental task, larger even than a re-vote.
It would involve manually contacting every mail-in voter.

12) So what happens? Nothing. Little can be done now. Even under a recount/re-check, these ineligible votes still stand, because they match the electoral register.
The con is brilliant, it even stands up under basic scrutiny.

13) The US Election has been "stolen", using the most elaborate, and obvious, trick ever.
Garbage In Garbage Out.
Impressive, really.
