finally imma mix 3D with my 2D animation

I'm planning on making a short animation scene in my city

I'm planning on making it similar to promare 3D style but with a lil bit of makoto shinkai painting style (again I'm using my city as a reference so nothing will go wrong)

gonna be a lot of FUN

the background still not done but I wanna see how can merge 3D with 2D

this thread gonna be a long one
