(PS) I wrote earlier today that Trump allies would attack the *certification* of vote tallies in a desperate effort to find some way to create fraudulent slates of electors to send to DC to be voted on (by House delegation, not member) in January. This now appears to be the play.

(PS2) Understand that this lawsuit has no chance of success. There is no reason to fear either the lawsuit or the conspiracy theory behind it—both are entirely bogus. The *question* is whether Trump is seeking cover for an illegal attempt to create a fraudulent slate of electors.
