We have a broad variety of microclimates - you can find the desert, the coast, the mountains - all right here. We have vast rural areas and huge cities.
CA provides massive benefit to the country - and the world. This is not even close to a comprehensive breakdown of CA’s economic, agricultural, and cultural influence.

You can’t just casually throw CA out. This state is a force to behold on so many levels.

CA is - like everything - imperfect, with its own flaws and quirks. But you can’t pretend that CA isn’t an integral or important part of the US bc you don’t like that CA goes blue.

We are a huge state with a wide range of diverse folks - across every axis of marginalization.
And without us the US would be f u c k e d.
If you think CA is just made up of “coastal elites,” all you’re admitting is that you don’t really know this place. Even if you’ve visited or lived in one city, you don’t understand the scope of it.

There’s almost forty fucking million people here. We are not all one thing.
Oh and I guess if you don’t like it...what’s that thing that Trumpists love to say?
