Too many desires leads to anxiety

Few desires leads to movement

1 big desire leads to legacy
Desire can add color to your life.

Or just make your life miserable.

'What's the difference between the 2?'

Strategy👇
Desire is the STRONG urge to have something or want something to happen

It's a pull in your internal world that can be felt
The problem is when that pull is pulling us in too many directions

*cough* most people *cough*
You can't blame the humans though.

Desire surpasses the intellect.

And according to Josh Kaufman, there are 5 big desires humans normally have

Most of your wants are a variation of the following
5 Big Human Desires

1. Desire to acquire
2. Desire to bond
3. Desire to feel
4. Desire to know
5. Desire to defend
Our goal is to do our best to channel our energy.

'Let's do it!'

Wait up...First you need to identify which level you currently you fall in
What kind of person are you exactly?

Are you someone who wants a lot?

You will be able to tell if you feel emotional.

There is a roller coaster in your internal world & only you can spot that
You get elated by good moments & crushed by bad moments.

Nature has taken you on a ride & you haven't gone off the roller coaster yet.

Most people start off at this level
Our goal at first is to make a:

'many desires -> few desires' transition
'Before you go any further, why don't i just kill desires for good?'

There are many philosophies that follow that principle.

But I don't follow that.

I think desire can be used correctly when channeled. Not hating on those philosophies though.

Each person is different
When you have a FEW things you want, you get off your ass and begin moving

This is how a lot of people begin their journey towards greatness

You can't accomplish diddly squat if you're not moving
Movement allows you to become a force.

Because behind movement, you will find courage.

Books alone? Never.
As the movement begins...

You start to feel more intelligent.

Calm...

This is where most people can stop
But a few people want to go EVEN further.

That's where they make the:

-Few desires -> ONE desire transition

This transition is a lifelong journey
Just like a rocket needs to FIGHT against gravity to take off...

That's what you are doing with this transition

You are rewiring your reality by zoning in soo much on ONE big thing

Not easy or for the faint of heart
But you continue anyways...

-Your mind is now detached from the external world.

-And attached to the one big desire.

Let me clarify what this means....
Detached doesn't mean that you don't move in the external world.

Rather, you move without letting it affect you.

-Before when good things happened, you got happy

-When bad things happened, you got sad

That sounds like a dependent personality
What is love?

'Hm...'

Love is when you transcend dualities.

When you accept the good AND the bad.

That's what detachment means.

Good AND bad, you will take it & power up regardless.

You become love in a practical sense. Not only a poetic sense
When you no longer let the external world take you on the roller coasters, you channel your energy full force into that desire.

No longer weak sun rays

But rather, a magnifying glass channeling the sun rays to create FIRE
You embody simplicity

You embody the 'less is more' mantra

You embody a Bulls-eye mind
That's how greatness is born.

That's how leaders are made in real time.

From a desire riddled mess.

To a targetted individual who gets better every day & has fun along the way
You inspire people without even trying.

That's what happens when you can target an emotion.

Not only do you feel better.

But the universe is rewarded by your presence
It's a transformation of a lifetime

And a transformation that only a few people should make.

The road less taken

But the most rewarding path, nevertheless
