One of the things I am most invested in is aspec representation in media, particularly in books. The Aromantic and Asexual Characters Database ( https://www.obvibase.com/p/N7SD6v1F4mrVBWzV/?location=%7B%22type%22%3A%22table%22%2C%22databaseId%22%3A%22N7SD6v1F4mrVBWzV%22%2C%22queryPath%22%3A%7B%22recordPath%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22columnPath%22%3A%5B%221%22%5D%7D%7D) lists a lot of fiction books with aspec rep, and this thread will be my tiny, personal version of it.
This thread is in no way meant to replace that database; the database is more extensive than this thread could ever be, and the purpose of this thread is not to list every book with aspec rep, but to give my thoughts on the rep I have personally read in books
This thread is also not meant to be full reviews of these books, as that would be too long to reasonably fit in this thread. I will only discuss what is relevant to the aspec rep in each book. If you have questions about any of the books, though, feel free to reply or DM me.
One final thing before getting to the books:
I will be using the "type of rep" terminology used in the database (you can find explanations on this page: https://claudiearseneault.com/?page_id=1320 ) to simplify the discussion.

Alright, on to the books!
