1960s that he was offered - and turned down - a #MUFC contract. “I realized that a top-class footballer could be over the hill by the age of 30, and I was already 23," Connery said. "I decided to become an actor and it turned out to be one of my more intelligent moves.”
#SeanConnery later worked closely with FIFA and its charity operations, and narrated the #WC1982 film, "G'olé!"
