This will be a short Mousou Express/Renai Circulation analysis thread.
The visuals being inversed from the original Renai Circulation opening and the somewhat eerie undertone is a good personification of the whole arc, I was uncomfortable when I first heard it and honestly that’s a great way to portray Sengoku Nadeko.
This Arc is the unraveling and deconstruction of Nadeko’s character. As we we learn from Kaiki throughout and at the end of Koimonogatari, Nadeko has been faking most of her personality. Which, once revealed, was actually quite dark, selfish, lazy and all round unpleasant-
Which is reflected well in the dark but bold colour scheme and patterns of the OP, this draws emphasis to her real identity. Instead of her personality that we all have been used to up until now-
-the bubbly, hardworking, friendly little girl, we gazed upon for the first time in Renai Circulation, is now gone.

Pink- as a colour represents cuteness, playfulness, tenderness and love, to name a few. All three of these words can be attributed to Nadeko in Bakemonogatari,-
-she is a child who is innocent, and in love with Araragi. The bright colours in Renai help the viewer grow accustomed with Nadeko's character by colourising her personality.
Purple - a very reddish purple floods Delusion Express, and for good reason. The colour most importantly represents Power and Ambition. So that's the most likely meaning for the background, as Nadeko becomes a powerful God in the arc.
This is the initial scene where inversion is most noticeable, as Nadeko walks backwards from the title. This emphasises her lack of motivation to chase after Araragi, further explored later on in the opening. Nadeko walks with stride, curiosity and with a childlike demeanour in-
-Renai Circulation.

Delusion Express is different though, because her body is almost entirely devoid of any form of movement; only her legs slowly creep backwards. This may imply that she is backing away slowly in fear of attracting whatever is ahead of her. (Araragi perhaps??)
