Market research is incredibly important. You can't sell something to a niche unless you know that niches:

1) Current Problems
2) Current Position
3) Future Desires/Goals

How do you learn this?

Easy.

Literally, ask them.
Get the numbers of people in your niches, (emails work, but calling is the best way)

Call them up.

Tell them you're looking to get into the niche they're in.

For example, call up a Realtor and tell them you're interested in becoming a Real Estate and have a few questions.
Most people are nicer than you think. Sometimes they might be busy and blow you off or even be rude to you... BUT

1) They probably are busy
2) They have no obligation to give you any answers
3) THICKEN YOUR SKIN.. if you get rejected, MOVE ON TO THE NEXT NUMBER
Most of the time, they'll stay and entertain whatever you're asking, or will tell you to call back at a better time!

So here are some things you can ask. Read Below.
1) How's the barrier to entry to getting into that niche?
2) How do they get leads?
3) How easy is it to get leads?
4) How do they market?
5) What's the biggest problem they face getting leads?

WRITE DOWN THEIR ANSWERS/RECORD THE CALL IF YOU CAN.
Spend a couple of days doing this.

Call enough people and you'll start to see patterns or similar answers.

Use those answers to craft an irresistible offer that grants a solution to the specific problems they gave.

BOOM. Market Research Done. Learn the rest as you go along.
Now, when you do your outreach, you know exactly what strings to pull on and how to address the specific problems your prospects are having.
