2. In the UK, 10 million pumpkins are grown, and 95% are used at Halloween and then thrown away creating 18 million kilograms of food waste. The numbers are staggering, and the waste more so. So, how can we be more sustainable about our love for these round goodies? 🎃
3. DID YOU KNOW? Pumpkins have a range of health benefits, and are said to help with sleep, blood sugar levels, and cholesterol. So, why not repurpose them?
